3 y# W, f( d; T$ L3 X    I have found a  issue on AMD cpu (MV40, L625) that CPU frequency can't change automatically in Vista suddenly. when this phenomena

Maybe you can check system power plan, set it to balance,
0 F. Y9 [& p" S$ e9 E5 P0 ^or run AMD P-state test tool to check if BIOS has built P-state table correctly.

Thanks for your reply, I have checked with PS Check tool, it is ok, BIOS have build PSS table correctly, This phenomenon is very random..
